Being peaceful means accepting and harmonizing with the energy of the room.
A peaceful presence adjusts the atmosphere subtly, gradually, and all at once. A peaceful person is not jarring to the energy of a space, even as their presence changes everything all at once.
Many people are obviously faking being "spiritual" and "at peace." I can always tell, because their mood and affect is exactly what it should be—somber, calm, slow.
Others are truly at peace.
Their energy rises and falls, they show pain and rage and joy and ebullience, they are really HERE FOR WHAT IS. They have all emotions, they have no resistance.
They have preferences, but they have released their attachment to receiving just what they prefer.
They have assumed responsibility for preferring just what they've received.
They are opted-in, they feel authentically alive.
