Empty Mansion
"I know, this will take time."
"I'm sorry, my love, but your life is showing every sign of rapid expansion."
I broke it like the bad news it feels like, while it’s happening.
Friend groups exploding
bills getting higher
responsibility increasing on every front
and the paralyzing sense
oh shit
I can handle this.
(I might handle some of this lying down.)
This is the state of expansion I call the empty mansion.
Where you uplevel to the point where you HAVE TO keep upleveling.
That mandate causes a ripple of panic to call you to faith that this is INFORMATION not instruction, that you WILL keep upleveling, not that you must do something more. You're on notice that you will be asked to allow more.
And you have the opportunity to see the emptiness around you as the evidence that more is on the way, rather than the evidence that you are alone and lacking.
Suddenly you're living in a much bigger house and you need to get more furniture, stat, because what was too much in your old life is sparse when laid out on the bones of wealth.
Suddenly the hardest thing is letting it be so easy. You have plenty of time to ruminate on how so much fell apart to give you this freedom. I hope you will instead use that sacred time in pursuit of prosperity, and grieve for the way you have let so much in to touch those places that have not known love and nourishment, the way that more is coming for them.
