For Me
The actions of care I take on behalf of others are to my benefit.
The actions, the time, energy, and attentional allotment of engaging in the actions are all for me. They are to my benefit.
It is to my benefit to have people to cook for and clean up after.
It is for me to cook and clean up, these actions are directly to MY benefit, contributing to internal and external principles and practices and habits of organization.
I do not welcome into my home those whose impact I resent.
I do not resent the impact my loved ones have on my home—what I do for them is really for me.
