Heal Whole
Healing has its roots in wholeness.
Healing is not about ending pain or discomfort.
It’s about recognizing the wholeness which includes pain and discomfort. Healing does not mean embodying just the pain or discomfort, but embodying the wholeness that includes pain and discomfort AND everything else.
Focusing on the problems, attempting to end pain or discomfort, is merely repair work. It's an attempt to fix an already-perfect reality, distancing you from intimacy, which is loving what IS.
A focus on fixing problems is not healing, it is control.
Wholeness is the result of healing.
You may recognize it any now, it is always here.
