Negativity is the essential polarity we must accept to access positivity.
Which is to say nothingness is the implication of existence.
It is important to our sanity, to our peace, and to our manifestation (the kind we cannot turn on and off, the ongoing truth of our creation of and participation in our reality) that we dial in with distinction on what we desire of existence. It is essential that we speak to what we DO want, see, feel, know, and value.
This means that largely, negative thoughts have little to offer us. They attempt to make distinctions in nothingness, a futile task. Their purpose is to waste energy while seeming meaningful. Every thought we have that says "not that," "don't want," "shouldn't," is fighting a ghost, conjuring a distinction OF nothingness, a not-ness, an empty creation. Distinctions are for materiality, nothingness is not even oneness, it is NOTHING. You cannot divide zero.
So what's a human bean to do, knowing negativity is essential but our thoughts and creations must be positive in order to feel at peace in our lives? Knowing we have this addiction to negative thoughts, insanely attempting to distinguish nothingness, rather than drawing from it to feed materiality; how do we end the insanity?
There is one beautiful negative phrase which I offer can rule them all.
There is a negative phrase which does not attempt to make distinctions of the nothingness, but honors its infinite entirety, accessing its empty source energy.
This is the negative phrase that brings immediate freedom and releases you back into potentiality and creation.
Ready?
The phrase is,
"I don't know."
Being able to state this phrase in neutrality is the gateway to freedom.
Being able to state this phrase in gratitude is the gateway to peace.
Being able to state this phrase in glee is the gateway to the cosmic joke.
What can I offer you?
I don't know!
