Uncompromising

I do not EVER compromise.

I do exactly what I want.

When I say this to most people they say “I couldn’t do that. I wouldn’t want to hurt or inconvenience anyone.”

Here comes my long look with the slow blinks.

Do they really not hear it? Do they REALLY not understand that being kind and considerate is part of their own desire and they are claiming it with that exact statement?

No. They do not. They really think their desires for others are FOR others.

My love, NOTHING you do WHATSOEVER is for others. It is ALL for you.

Thinking it’s for others is for you too.

Your desire is trustworthy *because* you desire to love others well. You can do exactly what you want *because* you wouldn’t want to hurt anyone.

I wanted to play music today. And then I got a text from my roommate and I did not want to play music anymore.

It really is as simple as that.

I trust my love and I trust that my desire will always guide me to actions which are loving toward others.
